Description Thomas Rother 2016-09-07 08:52:56 UTC
This plasma crash appears upon connecting/disconnecting network connections through plasma-nm and is listed in the KDE bugzilla, see https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=346118

The underlying problem is a regression entered in qt 5.5, QSortFilterProxyModel, see https://bugreports.qt.io/browse/QTBUG-43827 and already fixed, see https://codereview.qt-project.org/#/c/104066/

The fix should be published in the SUSE RPMs, as it is a pretty annoying malfunction for -probably- many users.

This is automated batch bugzilla cleanup.

The openSUSE 42.1 changed to end-of-life (EOL [1]) status. As such
it is no longer maintained, which means that it will not receive any
further security or bug fix updates.
As a result we are closing this bug.

If you can reproduce this bug against a currently maintained version of
openSUSE, or you can still observe it under openSUSE Leap 15.0, please
feel free to reopen this bug against that version (see the "Version"
component in the bug fields), or alternatively open
a new ticket.

Thank you for reporting this bug and we are sorry it could not be fixed
during the lifetime of the release.
