KDevelop after scheme "change"

When I change theme to "Breeze Dark" only plasmashell and window title/frame changes scheme. All other settings seem to remain unchanged (see attached screenshot of KDevelop).
The only way to make all going dark is to start Qt5 Configuration Tool, make any change and press "Apply". Then apps changes scheme to proper one instantly.

Already tried:
http://askubuntu.com/questions/812270/color-problem-on-kubuntu-16-04
some parts of: http://unix.stackexchange.com/questions/275777/kde5-breeze-dark-theme-and-kde-icons-not-working-in-i3wm
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=340086 and few sugestions from virtualbox forum.
All plasma related packages has been reinstalled, caches and new user creation does not solve the problem

My setup:
VBox 5.1.14 with latest extensions, VM 3d acceleration disabled, Tumbleweed up to date.

You mean qt5ct?

Please uninstall that if you want to use Plasma5.
It basically "overrides" KDE's/Plasma5's settings.
