## Observation

openQA test in scenario opensuse-15.0:S:D-Staging-DVD-x86_64-cryptlvm@64bit fails in
[install_and_reboot](http://openqa.opensuse.org/tests/557090/modules/install_and_reboot/steps/21)


FATE 323432 switched from ntpd to chrony. The base pattern needs to be adjusted accordingly.

there is still an %is_opensuse block that recommends ntp in patterns-base.spec

I think at the time this was added back too make tumbleweed work, I did remove it in the first pass

This is still semi blocked on https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=936378 where the yast2 patterns still need to recommend ntp
