On Upgrade and frest installation of OpenSUSE Leap 15.0, wpa_supplicant 
does not read  "private_key_passwd" from /etc/wpa_supplicant/wpa_supplicant.conf anymore !

This makes an automated start and authentication impossible. On manual start, pass phrase is being required
