Leap 15.1 with NVIDIA first boot hangs

Installed Leap 15.1 without problems, but the first boot hangs.

I did resolve that with a 'acpi=off' or 'nomodeset' kernel parameter.

Without one of these parameters the attached dump is created in the log.

The dump refers to '/devices/pci0000:00/0000:00:01.0/0000:01:00.0' that I think is my NVIDIA card

lspci:
01:00.0 VGA compatible controller: NVIDIA Corporation G96 [GeForce 9500 GT] (rev a1)

The acpi boot parameter has as side effect that it breaks the shutdown.

The install I used is a default one without any NVIDIA packages.

You should be able to boot via nomodeset to install the lp151.27 release kernel. The lp151.28.4 upgrade kernel you booted is broken.
