A single line is missing in hwmin/k10temp.c which prevents the system from being able to read temperatures of ryzen 3000 family cpus. The patch already exists, see https://patchwork.kernel.org/patch/11053207/

Would be nice for Leap 15.1 kernel (4.12.14) too but there, a lot more work would be necessary...
