After update on 20200812 Virtualbox v6.1.12 produces the following error instead of running

Failed to start the virtual machine os2v4.52.
Failed to load R0 module /usr/lib/virtualbox/VMMR0.r0: SUP_IOCTL_LDR_OPEN failed (VERR_NO_EXEC_MEMORY).
Failed to load VMMR0.r0 (VERR_NO_EXEC_MEMORY).
Result Code: NS_ERROR_FAILURE (0x80004005)

Note: this was after the required command
sudo chmod 4750 /usr/lib/virtualbox/VirtualBoxVM
which is always needed after an update.
