Short Story: 

* After adding the Filesystems repo I'm supposed to zypper install zfs zfs-kmp-default but the packages are missing from the repo.

Following the instructions for installing ZFS on OpenSUSE Leap 15.4:

I'm supposed to start by adding the Filesystems Repo to my system. For Leap 15.4 the repo is here:

https://download.opensuse.org/repositories/filesystems/15.4/

Then (according to more detailed instructions available at https://openzfs.github.io/openzfs-docs/Getting%20Started/openSUSE/index.html ) 

I'm supposed to zypper install zfs and zfs-kmp-default - but those packages are not found.
