Get prompt via update app to update "gtk3-branding-openSUSE-15.0-lp154.2.2.1.noarch" but report below issue

the installed gtk3-branding-openSUSE-15.0-lp154.2.2.1.noarch requires 'libgtk-3-0 = 3.24.31', but this requirement cannot be provided

When use zypper search -s, I can see libgtk-3-0 has been installed
