With kernel 6.1, openQA shows the following kernel trace on RPi3:

 kernel: brcmfmac: brcmf_sdio_htclk: HT Avail timeout (1000000): clkctl 0x50

raspberrypi-firmware-dt was still from 6.0 branch. So, https://build.opensuse.org/request/show/1046467 may help.

This breaks WiFi on RPi3 and RPi4.
