With the latest Factory packages, kdesu displays the following message if "sudo" is unavailable:

Das Programm "su" ist nicht auffindbar.
Bitte vergewissern Sie sich, dass Ihr $PATH korrekt eingestellt ist.

a) This is wrong, "su" is properly installed;

b) a) doesn't matter because this should never happen => please add "Requires: sudo" to kdebase3.spec (or maybe even kdelibs3.spec because of libkdesu).
