Server: Open Suse 10.2
Build: Beta 2
Language: IT,SP

Steps to reproduce:
1) Login to KDE as root
2) Check desktop localization, check lizzard menu localization, check data/time

Expected Result:
Fully localised interface

Actual Result:
Text is not translated

Same issues for Test Object 2. KDE Desktop - Desktop Menu:

1) Help is fully in english.
2) Login/Logout screens are also unlocalized.
3) Also login screen is fully in english.

Only Yast launched from Lizzard menu is localized.
