During installation there is a section called: "additional Installation Sources".  
In this section packages files are downloaded, when the question is confirmed
with a yes.  
In my case I expect the files packages.en and packages.nk only.  But many
other language package file are downloaded.  Is this really necessary, it
takes quite some time, to have all those language depended files downloaeded.
