This is my report, it is marked as duplicate. Ok, I go the original report and...
Access Denied
 You are not authorized to access bug #188543.

And now I am deaf and blind -- I cannot see the resolution of this report, is it fixed, set as invalid, etc.

The current reporting/privileges thing has a flaw since it is really hard to cooperate on wishes/bugs/crashes/and so on. Either do not mix (link) reports from different "sections" or allow the reporter to entry this only report.

Sorry, I missed that you were excluded. I added some comment to bug #191149, explaining what happened to the bug.
