Currently desktop-data-SuSE breaks mutt and xosview by missing
system data files like the desktop description and pixmaps:

For mutt this is

  + /usr/lib/rpm/brp-desktop
  WARNING: '/usr/lib/rpm/brp-desktop.data/suse-screensavers.menu' does not exist
  WARNING: '/usr/lib/rpm/brp-desktop.data/preferences-gnome.menu' does not exist
  WARNING: '/usr/lib/rpm/brp-desktop.data/applications-kmenuedit.menu' does not exist
  ERROR: Icon file not installed: /var/tmp/mutt-1.5.13-build//usr/share/applications/mutt.desktop

for xosview this is

  WARNING: '/usr/lib/rpm/brp-desktop.data/suse-screensavers.menu' does not exist
  WARNING: '/usr/lib/rpm/brp-desktop.data/preferences-gnome.menu' does not exist
  WARNING: '/usr/lib/rpm/brp-desktop.data/applications-kmenuedit.menu' does not exist

I wonder whether this could be related to bug 248676.
