YaST tests intentionally if added PPDs are o.k. The higher the CUPS version the more errors are detected by cupstestppd (therefore it worked for < 10.2). Lexmark's PPD file is broken. Ask Lexmark for a fixed PPD. The bug report is invalid for us.
