The timezone updates for the DST 2007 changes were
never provided for Suse Pro 9.2.  As a result, the
clock is erroneously changing on April 1, 2007
instead of March 11, 2007.  The timezone package
needs to be updated for Suse Pro 9.2.

This is correct.

SUSE Linux 9.2 has been discontinued since Oct 31st 2006 and is no
longer receiving updates since that date.
