An excerpt from /var/log/cups/error_log in debug mode

I tried setting up a HP Laserjet 5 printer using YaST, but was not even successful in printing a test page. Four different ppd files tried. The error_log-file says "cupsdAuthorize: No authentication data provided.", but maybe this is not the reason for the problem. A similar problem appears in Debian 4, but the printer is functioning with Ubuntu 6.10.
