Downloading of the release notes appeared to be successful but checking the RPM fails with "public key not available".

After the first stage, the RPM database does not contain any gpg-pubkey (checked via rpm -qa), I guess that this is the cause of the problem.

Michael, Duncan, who of you did this part?
