Description Martin Lasarsch 2007-08-13 15:31:29 UTC
it is still 20070110, latest is 20070508.

If there is no special reason against it i would suggest to update. I have packages already in the obs (drivers:webcam). Will you, or should i update the package?

maintainer atm is gnome-maintainers ...

I'm going to change the severity since it's actually a bug.

Accessing a webcam from 32bit applications with a 64bit kernel running gives an error like that:
ioctl32(skype:5569): Unknown cmd fd(61) cmd(80685600){t:'V';sz:104} arg(f415b054) on /dev/video0
ioctl32(skype:5569): Unknown cmd fd(61) cmd(803c7601){t:'v';sz:60} arg(f415b0bc) on /dev/video0

That's fixed with the recent version.
