$ ls -l ./libzypp-3.22.1-8.i586.rpm

$ zypper in ./libzypp-3.22.1-8.i586.rpm

1 Problems:

Problem: Requirement ./libzypp-3.22.1-8.i586.rpm cannot be fulfilled.
  There are no installable providers of ./libzypp-3.22.1-8.i586.rpm


What is the correct way for this?  I saw nothing in manual or help output for this :-(
