Description of Problem:
while using a monodoc tab in monodevelop if you click inside of the doc
area then go to switch to a code tab the mouse cursor is switch to the move
tab position and tries to move the doc tab.

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. open a code tab, then a doc tab
2. switch to the doc tab and click in the whitespace and not a link
3. click the code tab

Actual Results:
same as clicking and holding the doc tab to move it

Expected Results:
switch back to code tab

How often does this happen? 
every time

this happens if i click on links also, and if i do it enough it blows
out monodevelop.  sorry for the update spam.
