Description of Problem:
Solution explorer needs to handle user selecting multiple files and doing
relevant operations with that selection, like removing all of those files
from the project.

Right now ctrl+click and shift+click is disabled in solution explorer.

Using MD 0.5.

Multi-select is allowed these days, do all the actions in the context menus correctly work with multiple selected items now? If so, this should be closed.
