Running ./configure in mod_mono_1.1.13 and Apache 2.2

Steps to reproduce the problem:

checking Apache version... configure: error: Confused on apache version.

Expected Results:
I expected ./configure to succeed

mod_mono 1.1.13 didn't have support for 2.2. It was added 2 days ago
to the 1-1-13 branch and is present in 1.1.14 and HEAD.
