Since KDE update 3.5.7 "79.2" now also "80.1" smart --gui fails to start from Kmenu. smart --gui will run from a root console and from the Run Command dialog but when attempting to run from Kmenu, only "--gui" appears in the Run as Root dialog instead of "smart --gui," KDE/Kmenu does not appear to accept "smart." Placing the full path /usr/bin/smart --gui in the Command box of Kmenu editor appears to fix problem. Behaviour has been confirmed by other users.
