Description Thiago Sayao 2007-10-08 01:56:14 UTC
File chooser doesn't remember the file list order

To reproduce:

1) Select the File -> Open option on any gnome app
2) Click the "Modified" column to order by modification date
3) Open the file
4) Select the File -> Open again

The list doesn't have the same order.

Use case of this:

You want to open some documents from a folder containing a lot of documents (like 100). You just want to open the last 3 documents you made. You order it by modification date because it's easier to find. You have to modify the order 3 times instead of one.
