Error when trying to load Epiphany:

Der Webbrowser konnte nicht gestartet werden:
Failed to connect to socket /tmp/dbus-PDhelD6DWy: Verbindungsaufbau abgelehnt

On the basis of https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/dbus/+bug/85118 I have to wonder if this is a duplicate of Bug 331577

Are you starting epiphany from a menu? Does it work the same from a terminal?

Yes i started it by menu,

but by terminal it works!
