Description Hubert Figuiere 2007-11-08 16:23:33 UTC
with the update to evolution-2.12.0-5.2 (from openSUSE 10.3 updates), there is no longer a -debuginfo package that match. that makes it pretty hard to provide proper stack trace.
Comment 1 Hubert Figuiere 2007-11-08 16:24:33 UTC
fyi, here is zypper output:

zypper> in evolution-debuginfo
[...]
Reading RPM database...

Problem: This would invalidate atom:evolution-2.12.0-5.2.i586.
  atom:evolution-2.12.0-5.2.i586 has unfulfilled requirements
=== atom:evolution-2.12.0-5.2.i586 ===
    evolution-2.12.0-5.2.i586 provides evolution == 2.12.0-5.2, but is scheduled to be uninstalled.
    evolution-2.12.0-5.2.i586[openSUSE-10.3-Updates] provides evolution == 2.12.0-5.2, but another version of that package is already installed.
    Can't satisfy requirement evolution >= 2.12.0-5.2 for atom:evolution-2.12.0-5.2.i586
    atom:evolution-2.12.0-5.2.i586 will be evaluated for installation (freshened) by evolution-2.12.0-5.i586[Main_Repository_(OSS)] (evolution == 2.12.0-5)

 Solution 1: delete evolution
  delete atom:evolution-2.12.0-5.2.i586

1) hub said "from openSUSE 10.3 updates"
2) hub said "evolution-2.12.0-5.2", not "evolution-2.12.0-5", if you compare numbers.
3) akhil, may you take a look into an openSUSE 10.3 updates folder, please? thanks.
