Description Erik Hamera 2007-12-07 20:12:00 UTC
When I installed 10.3 from network, there was problem in LDAP configuration. Packages needed for LDAP (pam_ldap, nss_ldap and their 32-bit versions) cannot be installed.

It can be problem of Czech/Prague SuSE environment. I'll try it again on another computer.
Comment 1 Erik Hamera 2007-12-17 17:07:58 UTC
These 64-bit packages are in repository on cml.suse.cz. The 32-bit versions aren't (why it needs 32-bit versions? I don't know ...).

On an multiarch system you need both. It may happen that you want to run 32 Bit applications on this system. So we install by default also the -32Bit packages as well.

It looks like the repo is broken.

yast2-ldap-client is from Jiri

re-assign => Jiri: please check the repo. If it is broken, you can close it as invalid.
Comment 4 Jiří Suchomel 2007-12-18 08:39:00 UTC
Yes, you need them all. Try adding "online installation sources" or how is it called.

I hope we find a better solution for 11.0
