just downgrade to 2.6.22.13-0.3-default, all works fine.
sorry, it's a duplicate of 357598.
any chance to see a fix for this issue ? i don't like downgrading as i don't want to go through dependency hell.. recompiling the kernel (x86_32) would be ok for me, just tell me what needs to be changed and where. i'll go crazy if i have to work with my laptop and the cpu fan spinning at top speed any longer.
