In KDE 4.0.1 (but also on KDE 3.5.7), the first level of applications in KDE Menu apear in English despite it has been translated in my locale (wa). Level below show translations but not the first one.
I know it's tranlated, I did it myself ;-)

This bug doesn't occur in openSUSE 11.0 with KDE 4.0.4..
