KDE4 STABLE (4.0.1 release 9.1)

Dolphin does not respond after opening a text file (within dolphin) using kwrite/kate/kword (versin 4.0.1). There also appears to be repaint(redraw) issues as well.  Drag a window across dolphin with kwrite and the window does not repaint. However, when the previous program is closed dolphin returns the error given below.

KDEInit could not launch '/usr/bin/kwrite'.

After which every works regularly.
This doesn't happen with another files types

To reproduce:
1. Open dolphin
2. From dolphin open a text file using either kwrite/kate
3. Dolphin is unrespondive
4. Close kwrite generate error message above.

I cannot reproduce. Can you still reproduce the problem using 11.0 final version?
