It seems to be problem of yast2-users

It is not specific to yast2-users. I got the same problem while testing the keyboard layout in the keyboard module.

I don't know if there was a UTF-8-to-Unicode (or vice versa) conversion problem in YInputField or in YQInputField and it was fixed, but it works nicely for me now.
