Description Lee Lowry 2008-02-19 21:55:34 UTC
When I looked at the Create Job help page, I noticed that there are several paragaphs that are italicized that shouldn't be.
Comment 1 Jo Harris 2008-02-20 00:59:34 UTC
I see the problem but am not sure how to fix it. The italics don't occur in a regular browser...only in the Designer browser.

We removed the XHTML line at the top of the help file and it appeared to fix the problem in Designer, but I'm not sure why that would make a difference.

There is nothing in the HTML that would indicate italics.

Weird. I think this is an anomaly but I'll work with our production people to see if there is anything we can do in our process to help prevent these issues.
Comment 2 Jo Harris 2008-02-27 18:54:00 UTC
I have our production folks looking at this, but the problem appears confined only to the Eclipse browser, in which case its difficult for us to make tools changes to address the problem.

I haven't found any other areas where the problem exists, so I'm going to push to M4 and we'll see what Production comes up with.
Comment 3 Jo Harris 2008-06-04 22:17:19 UTC
After reviewing this with our production team, this is not a problem with the file, but some issue with the Eclipse browser...the only place these italics occur. There is nothing I can do to prevent this from happening and since the problem is so random I don't know how to troubleshoot it further.

Marking WONTFIX.
