If I open Konqueror the very first time on a default fresh new Beta1 KDE4 desktop the Home Page / Start Page http://www.opensuse.org is not loaded / rendered. Konqueror just shows a plain white page. If I right click -> Show Sourcecode the content of the Kwrite window is empty, too. Seems like this page isn't loaded at all. If I close Konqueror and restart it again it's the same, the page is not loaded.

Only if I uses the refresh button for the first time on http://www.opensuse.org the page is loaded and will be loaded on future Konqueror starts. I tried to reproduce the bug by deleting all Cache, History and Cookies and restarted Konqueror to see if the default page isn't loaded again, but it is.

So it seems like this bug only occurs on a fresh new KDE4 user profile as long as you never used the reload button on http://www.opensuse.org
