Description Gilles Sabourin 2008-05-06 10:31:25 UTC
The first time you configure your network, yast2 network manager is trying to connect to update 11 repository to get smppd, kinternet latest packages.

Unfortunatly, this is done even when there is no connectivity at all, or no connectivity yet (network repository access is tried without delay, while dhcp or dns resolving are not finished yet).

I have to click on "ignore" button many times to get rid of this dialog box and to have local packages installed instead.
