Bugzilla – Bug 390688
Installation screen doesn't show any detailed Software Selection
Last modified: 2008-05-15 12:33:24 UTC
Installation of openSUSE 11.0, beta3 on x86_64. After "Preparation" of installation, I got a screen where all the installation steps were summarized: Partitioning, Booting, Software, etc. Selection of "Software" via Mouse shows a new screen, where Patterns should (!) be displayed. The screen is visible, the disk sizes too, but there is no pattern selection: all empty. Clicking on "Details..." button shows: - no Patterns. - some icons in Package Groups are missing and the font used for the Package Groups is too small to be readable.

lslezak confirmed this also in text install, so it will be probably related to zypp or zypp application layer.
Please note the missing or maybe to small font in "Package Groups" either.
Created attachment 215530 [details] y2logs Here are logs from a textmode installation - text mode installation is also affected.
The same problem occurrs also in running system.

But it's certainly already filed. You don't need to do anything.
