When changing font settings in KDE4, all KDE4 apps get them. KDE3 apps (and Yast) keep the old settings, because they get there settings from ~/.KDE3 (me thinks). We wil have a mixed environment for a long time to come, so this should be integrated. Font settings are the most irritating, but I can imagine there are more settings.
