Installing 11.0 beta 3 from DVD - during pre-install setup, the PATTERNS list box (for choosing installed software) was completely empty, as was the details list box.  In PACKAGE GROUPS, the left-hand list box showed a few icons and what looked like sub-pixel-sized text (much too small to resolve), but the right-hand listbox was normally sized.
