magnolia:/etc/zypp # mv locks  locks.bak
magnolia:/etc/zypp # zypper al foo
Problem adding the package lock:
Cannot open file /etc/zypp/locks
magnolia:/etc/zypp # touch locks
magnolia:/etc/zypp # zypper al foo
Reading installed packages...
Specified lock has been successfully added.
