Hello Everybody

I encountered this bug in RC1 also.
Till now i haven't been able to kickstart a single download in KGet.
Whatever url i added, It always shows "Delayed" and refuses to start the download.


My ISP doesn't yet support IPv6
I think, even "How to reproduce" itself not needed.

Just add a link in KGet to download,
It won't start downloading, instead says "Delayed"
