Description N Rugg 2008-06-26 21:50:14 UTC
I tried to install openSUSE 11.0 with the KDE live CD and DVD and it froze on installation both times. I believe the issue is related to my video cards. I have an AGP NVidia Geforce MX 4000 and PCI ATI Radeon 7000. When I switched by bios to use the PCI card as the primary video card, it booted up, but the AGP card is unusable, though recognized. I tried switching it back to AGP after installation, and the boot freezes. I have not changed hardware since SuSE 10.1, and I have not had a problem on the other versions of Suse.

Also, Sax dies at dies at /usr/share/sax/init.pl line 653.

Either 'sax2 -c 0 -r' or 'sax2 -c 1 -r' should work for you.
