Description Bernhard Koenig 2008-07-03 19:37:33 UTC
If I quickly switch desktops (e.g. clockwise desktops 1-2-4-3-1-2... etc) then the KDE4 crash handler appears almost all the time.

Which application crashes? knotify4?
Comment 2 Bernhard Koenig 2008-07-03 19:50:43 UTC
The window says "KNotify - The KDE Crash Handler". Does that mean that KNotify crashes? Just now I had the following Backtrace, don't know if it helps.

Comment 3 Will Stephenson 2008-07-04 12:37:51 UTC
Is this using build service KDE 4.1 packages or the default KDE 4.0.4 installed with openSUSE? (We had a bad patch to knotify in the build service that has since been removed)

*** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of bug 387406 ***
Comment 5 Bernhard Koenig 2008-07-04 16:14:24 UTC
I was using KDE 4.0.4 with openSUSE 11.0. It is probably a duplicate of 387406 and has something to do with the soundsystem (because knotify crashes after a quick bing-bing-bing due to the desktop switch).
