I have both the Update  and the test-update repository added:
# zypper sl -d |grep Update

and now get:
# zypper up

Problem: cannot install both patch:MozillaFirefox-70.noarch and patch:MozillaFirefox-70.noarch
 Solution 1: do not install patch:MozillaFirefox-70.noarch
 Solution 2: do not install patch:MozillaFirefox-70.noarch
