Description Forgotten User 7L3tOtZIov 2008-08-02 10:26:09 UTC
Please bring back the 'Boot an already installed system'. This feature was extremely helpfull.

Instead of first trying to solve a GRUB problem, one could get to the working system and start from there, which means you have the use of everything, including Internet, HOWTO's and man pages.

Also on a multi-user system, other users can already directly start working on the system while you work out the problems.

There are much more advantages of this great tool, so please bring it back.

I just discovered this option is still available and works!!

It's only necessary to go to the ncurse interface (for example, cancelling the normal install) to find the option. (opensuse 11)
