Description Serge Charbonneau 2008-08-08 01:20:17 UTC
There's no function to provide each desktop with its own background picture. When configuring desktop (right click on desktop) you can only set one picture for all desktop. In previous KDE versions you could set a picture for each desktop. Is this function now disable in the new KDE 4 family?

it is not yet available, the bug is known upstream though. the idea is that you define activity spaces. each activity space can have a different background. the activity spaces are different from virtual desktops however.
