YaST logs

I tried to add other installation source during installation (on the beginning). It is fault by message: "Calling the YaST module `inst_add-on has failed. ...

How to reproduce?

Just try add some add-ons ;-) during installation and see logs ;-) 

PS: I found same problem in Alpha3
