Description Andi N Kleen 2008-10-18 16:46:41 UTC
After an update from 11.0 to 11.1b3 the mouse/keyboard didn't work in
X, but worked in the console.

I got no xorg.conf and the X server instead saying it would fetch the
input devices from hal. But apparently hal didn't know any.

After I manually generated an xorg.conf mouse/keyboard worked again.

Please let me know which log files I should attach.

Yes, that's the same. xorg.conf should have been written. openSUSE 11.1/SLES11 still requires this file.
