after fresh installation - updater has been closed

linux:~ # zypper ref
System management is locked by the application with pid 21713 (/usr/sbin/packagekitd).
Close this application before trying again.

linux:~ # ps fax |grep kitd
22696 pts/1    S+     0:00                  \_ grep kitd
21713 ?        Sl     0:03 /usr/sbin/packagekitd
