NLD is long gone, yet we still have a program called gnome-help-NLD,
even in openSUSE:

  % rpm -ql gnome-vfs2 | grep -i NLD
  /usr/bin/gnome-help-NLD

Shouldn't this be renamed (or removed) for openSUSE 11.1 and SLED 11?

Not used AFAIK. I removed it.
